There's something about kids that are too eloquent that gets on my nerves. I love them in movies, like that one little boy on Jerry McGuire, or that little boy on "2 and 1/2 men". Who doesn't love them? Maybe it's the fact that I know they are getting it all from a script that lets me look past the extensive vocabulary coming out of the mouths of people whose hights are about half the lengh of my legs.
But when those kids are on TV, especially on late night talk shows, I just can't help but to be irritated. The little girl from Little Miss Sunshine, Abigail Breslin, was on Jay Leno tonight, and when he asked her if she had a boyfriend, she said "I don't have time for a boyfriend right now. You know, that would really complicate so much my life at this point!" Her brother, Spencer Breslin, is no older than 12 years old and has a filmography that would make you think he's about twice his age. He acts like he's at least 45.

Would someone please stop doing that to those children? Can somebody please do something about the 67 year old woman that lives inside Dakota Fanning? Those kids look like little dwarfs, completely disconneted from their age. No wonder at least half of them turn out the way they do. How about only allowing mono or disyllable words until they are 7? How about we spare litte Dakota from a life of wild partying, drugs, alcohol and crime?
And can we please let Boy George clean the streets without being harrassed??

Dang, what is wrong with people??
