I've always loved mood boards. They're such a fantastic way to translate visually a combination of aesthetic ideas that you would never be able to explain through words. I just put this one together and like how it turned out. The lovely pencil drawing is by Alicia Lynn.

Absolutely stunning branding project work done by University College Falmouth student, Huda Abdul Aziz. Type Factory is a fictional typographic museum in South Kensington, London.

"The concept revolves around the theme of deconstruction. The brand values of the Type Factory identity are informative, engaging and dynamic. The brand promise is about seeing type differently. The design solution includes the logo, a booklet to promote the venue, advertising and applications within the museum."

"I'd noticed the type on his wrist peeking out from his shirt and was astounded to see well drawn typography in a recognizable typeface in a tattoo. It's Adobe Caslon Pro, he proudly told me and gladly agreed to let me photograph him. He told me that the tattoo was a suicide note in its entirety from a psychiatrist in the 1920's."

Typodarium is a tear-off calendar showcasing 365 different fonts, the background behind its creation and several other interesting details. Fifty foundries and designers from all over the world contributed with their favorite fonts. "The result is a surprising insight into the inexhaustible world of letters and numbers. The front page, which is classic and functional, shows the date, while the reverse side diplays the background info, designers and reference sources". I tried to buy it, but looks like it's sold out.
